We have an excellent opportunity for part-time bar staff to join the team in Belfast Busiest Bar - The Dirty Onion.
We're on the lookout for bar staff to join our fast-paced, high-volume venue. Whether you're pulling pints, pouring spirits, or keeping the bar stocked and the vibes strong, we want team players who can bring energy, speed, and a great attitude to every shift.
Please note that the successful candidate must be available to work Thursday to Saturday, and full availability throughout December is an essential requirement for this role.
What you'll do:
- Serve drinks quickly, accurately, and with great customer service
- Handle cash/credit transactions confidently and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
- Deliver great customer service during busy shifts as part of a tight-knit team
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year experience as a bartender in a busy bar or similar venue
- Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Capable of delivering exceptional customer care
- Passion for hospitality/bartending
