Bar and Floor staff – Dirty Onion
Are you outgoing, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Bar & Floor Staff to join our energetic team at one of the Belfast’s busiest and most vibrant bars.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Supporting your team through busy shifts
- Keeping cool under pressure and bringing energy to every shift
- Collecting and cleaning glassware to a good standard (floor positions)
- Handling payments accurately and efficiently (bar positions)
- Serving drinks efficiently and to a high standard (bar positions)
We will only consider applications from those who are fully flexible to work late nights Friday and Saturday.
What we’re looking for:
- Floor staff – Previous bar experience preferred (6 months)
- Bar staff – Previous bar experience essential (6 months)
- Good communicators with a passion for hospitality
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
