St Barnabas is a vibrant, multicultural, charismatic evangelical church in North Finchley, and we’re at an exciting moment in our story — growing in numbers, planting new churches, and seeing people encounter Jesus and be transformed by Him.

We’re looking for an experienced pastor or ministry leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Disciple‑Making and Leadership Development. This is a movement‑building role at the heart of who we are: shaping the culture through which people grow in faith, and building the pathways through which the next generation of leaders are identified, formed, and released.

You’ll combine theological depth with strategic clarity, bring proven experience in disciple‑making and leadership development, and be a gifted communicator who can nurture and release leaders at every stage.

We welcome applications from both clergy and lay people, from within (as a locally supported role) or outside the Church of England.
