Salary: Appointment may be made at one of three levels, depending on the strength of applications and the successful candidate’s experience:

• Development Opportunity / APC Pathway: c.£30,500 per annum DOE
• APC Pathway / Newly Qualified: c.£43,500 per annum DOE
• Experienced Asset Manager: £47,000 per annum DOE

Asset Manager – help shape one of London’s oldest and most important estates

The London Diocesan Fund is seeking an ambitious property professional to join its Asset Management team at an important moment of change.

This is a rare opportunity to work with one of London’s oldest and most historically significant estates. The Diocese of London traces its origins to 604 AD. Today, the LDF supports the mission and work of the Church of England across London, serving parishes, clergy, schools, chaplaincies and local communities

We are advertising this opportunity across three possible levels and will make one appointment to the strongest affordable candidate. You may be an early-career surveyor seeking an APC pathway, a pre- or newly qualified property professional ready for more responsibility, or an experienced Asset Manager able to move quickly into a broad and influential role.

The successful candidate will help deliver the Diocese’s financial sustainability priorities: sales, new recurring income, savings, capital receipts and better use of the property portfolio. The role will initially support the mobilisation of a sales pipeline, before variously settling into a routine depending on the role appointed to.
