The Website Content Manager plays a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding website content to deliver engaging, accurate, and user-focused digital experiences. This hands-on and collaborative role supports the planning, creation, and continuous improvement of web content while ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and SEO standards. It also involves organizing and maintaining digital assets within the DAM system for use across enterprise websites and related digital experiences.
- Create, update, and refine website content, including building new pages and enhancing existing ones based on business and audience needs
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand and style guidelines
- Participate in regular content review cycles to keep web pages accurate, current, and relevant
- Apply and maintain a clear content classification and tagging system to improve navigation, discoverability, and SEO performance
- Uphold content standards, workflows, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the site
- Organize and manage digital assets within the DAM system to support website publishing and content production
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives that rely on website content updates and enhancements
23 years of experience in website content management or digital publishing
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content marketing principles
- Proficiency in content management systems such as Acquia or Drupal
- Solid understanding of digital content production processes and asset management practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining brand and quality standards
