We need an expert Social Strategist in the business to lead on Social Strategy, Social Content Planning, Social Best Practice, Social Media Organic & Paid Principles and who possesses a good understanding of the world of Influencer Marketing. Client handling and management experience is a must in this role.

This person will work most closely with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead and Head of Influencer. They will have good connections into all leads across the P&G portfolio to mine opportunities on social and respond to different category briefs. They will also oversee the running of the S&I teams across the live Social work and will need to work closely with the P&G Project Manager and Financial Lead.

  • Deep understanding of the sphere of influence and how we can leverage talent to create, activate and amplify brand content and campaigns
  • Understanding of UGC / content creators and agencies
  • Highly skilled in client relations and management (this is a client facing role)
  • Ability to lead client agendas, calls and action plans
  • Can spot opportunities for organic growth
  • Solutions and innovations focused; keen eye to find better ways of working or new ways of working
  • Ability to draft SOWs (scopes of work)
  • Awareness of commercials (raising POs, managing budget trackers)

  • Deep commercial awareness and practices
  • Influencer/talent planning, activation & negotiation
