They are working to build an investment industry where investors' interests come first, financial markets function at their best, and economies grow. The SEO Specialist/Manager is responsible for implementing and optimizing organic search strategy, developed in collaboration with the SEO Lead:

  • Executing technical and on-page SEO updates
  • Drafting and commissioning content aligned with SEO objectives

The role works closely with content, digital, and product marketing teams, as well as agency partners, to ensure SEO updates and content deliverables are executed efficiently and support visibility improvements across the company and the Research & Policy Center (RPC) web properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, keyword optimization, and structural content updates
  • Support technical SEO delivery and optimization across high-priority pages, ensuring crawlability, indexation, and site health
  • Assist in implementing schema markup, structured content, and formatting to strengthen Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility
  • Draft and commission content by preparing briefs, engaging AI tools and specialist writers, and managing SME approvals to ensure accuracy, optimization, and brand alignment
  • Partner with agency resources to deliver SEO activities in line with internal priorities
  • Track search visibility, keyword performance, AI mentions, and audience behaviour using Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and internal dashboards

Qualifications:

  • 47 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, with proven ability to execute both technical and content-driven optimization
  • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals including on-page, technical, schema markup, and structured content optimization; international SEO experience is a plus
  • Experience creating or commissioning content in line with SEO strategy, including briefing writers and managing SME approvals
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, heatmaps, and Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics)
  • Experience managing or coordinating agency resources to support SEO delivery
  • Hands-on experience updating content within a CMS, with strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Skilled in coordinating SEO workflows, including tasks, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Awareness of evolving SEO trends, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search environments, and zero-click SERPs
