The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Partnership Manager to lead and scale our retail partnerships. This is a strategic, commercially focused role where you’ll define and execute the retail partnership strategy, positioning our solutions as a key part of retailers’ media and data offerings. You’ll own revenue targets, build structured commercial plans, and develop compelling propositions for retailers. Working closely with senior stakeholders across retail, media, and brand communities, you’ll turn retail into a predictable, high-quality revenue channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define retail partnership strategy and long-term direction
  • Build structured commercial plans for each retailer, including revenue goals
  • Own revenue targets for retail partnerships with quarterly commitments
  • Lead commercial conversations from engagement through negotiation to signed agreements
  • Develop and refine retailer propositions to keep them competitive and compelling
  • Build enablement programmes for retailer sales teams, including training and toolkits
  • Deliver co-marketing initiatives and growth-supporting campaigns
  • Partner internally with sales, campaign, and product teams to maximise conversion and delivery quality
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and partnership health metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of the UK FMCG retail landscape and retail media networks
  • Agency or commercial background in media, retail, or partnerships
  • Strong network across retail, agency, or media communities
  • Experience in performance or data-led marketing channels
  • Proven success in building and scaling retailer partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience with Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, THG Beauty or similar
  • Experience launching or scaling retail propositions and enablement programmes
  • FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods experience

Additional Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship).
  • Ability to travel to our Brighton office once a month.
