The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic search performance across digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering technical and on-page SEO improvements, alongside creating and commissioning high-quality, search-optimised content that boosts visibility across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-page and technical SEO improvements across priority pages
  • Support schema implementation and structured content to improve AI and GEO visibility
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Brief, commission, and optimise content using writers, SMEs, and AI tools
  • Work with agency partners to execute SEO priorities
  • Track performance and insights using Search Console, Semrush, and Adobe Analytics

Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience in SEO, covering both technical and content optimisation
  • Ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimisation
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical SEO, and structured data
  • Experience managing SEO-led content creation and agency support
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM & AI-driven search
