The role
You’ll work with internal experts and external industry specialists to design repeatable, scalable solutions for sectors such as Fintech, Payments, iGaming, Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management. This role blends research, consulting, and solution design – ideal for someone who understands financial operations and knows how to turn complex workflows into clear, elegant processes and interfaces.
As part of this role, you will:
- Understand client and industry challenges and map them to their platform capabilities.
- Design solution frameworks, workflows, and data models for specific industry verticals.
- Use Figma, AI design tools, and visual mock-ups to illustrate end-to-end workflows.
- Break down complex use cases into minimal viable solutions with future iteration roadmaps.
- Conduct research, interviews, and workshops to gather insight.
Do you have:
- 3–6 years’ experience in financial operations, consulting, business analysis, or solution design.
- Strong analytical thinking – able to simplify complex processes into structured flows and visual interfaces.
- Experience with Figma/ Miro or similar tools (AI-assisted design, vibe coding).
- Comfortable working with SMEs and senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, or data/ workflow-heavy systems.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to bridge business insight with product evolution.
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience (professional or personal) using AI tools and applications.
