The Role
As a Digital Analytics Manager, you’ll help shape how data is used to improve customer experience and drive commercial performance across digital channels. Reporting to the Digital Analytics and Experimentation Lead, you will work across Digital and Digitech, providing insight to support the digital roadmap and strategy.
Your responsibilities include delivering against the analytics strategy, translating direction into high‑quality execution, and leading a team of analysts to provide actionable insight, clear recommendations, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do as a Digital Analytics Manager
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high‑impact analytics.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering ownership, pace, and accountability, and driving continuous improvement beyond reporting into proactive insight delivery.
- Lead weekly trading analysis to identify performance drivers; translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations across trading, product, experimentation, and UX.
- Build and maintain processes that embed analysts within product squads, define measurement frameworks, and coordinate with Product, UX, and Engineering to remove blockers.
- Guide the team in working with large, complex datasets; drive automation of reporting, ensure data quality, support scalable analytics across international markets, and manage the data layer and tracking implementations.
- Lead analytics contribution to the experimentation programme, supporting prioritisation and delivery of high‑impact tests.
- Leverage customer segmentation and behavioural insights to identify opportunities for personalisation and optimisation across web.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading and growing an analytics team in a fast‑paced eCommerce or product‑led environment.
- Experience analysing customer behaviour over time (cohort analysis, retention, customer lifetime value).
- Experience defining and implementing tracking requirements, evaluating data layer structures, using tagging frameworks such as Google Tag Manager, and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience supporting A/B testing, translating insights into test hypotheses, and ensuring data quality for reliable experimentation.
- Technical proficiency with GA4 and/or Firebase, SQL, large‑scale data platforms (BigQuery, Teradata, Databricks); desirable skills include customer segmentation, personalisation frameworks, Python, and multi‑market experience.
- Personal attributes: proactive, ownership, accountability, focus on measurable outcomes, commercially minded, structure, delivery‑focused, strong leadership with coaching.
