We are looking for an experienced client onboarding / implementation specialist to support the launch of a new capability within a B2B SaaS platform. This is a hands-on delivery role.
What You’ll Do
- Own client onboarding from kick-off to go-live
- Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding
- Configure access, permissions, and platform setup
- Support training and early adoption
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve issues
- Create simple onboarding processes and documentation
What We’re Looking For
