We are looking for an experienced client onboarding / implementation specialist to support the launch of a new capability within a B2B SaaS platform. This is a hands-on delivery role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own client onboarding from kick-off to go-live
  • Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding
  • Configure access, permissions, and platform setup
  • Support training and early adoption
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve issues
