This is an exciting opportunity for a Search specialist to join them. Whilst there are specific Paid Search responsibilities working with two high profile charities, there are additional oversight responsibilities working across a range of categories: FMCG, Automotive, retail, eCommerce, and fitness β all of which extend into the broader Google ecosystem and which it is expected that you will take on.
We expect candidates to have a good grounding in PPC - working with PPC industry tools and platforms ranging from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads to Google Analytics β ideally a minimum of 18 months to 2 yearsβ experience.
What sets this new position apart is that Paid Search here is rapidly growing in response to several recent client wins and continued client growth. As such we are looking for a versatile digital executive who is prepared and excited by the challenge of being part of a growing team, who is keen to learn additional channels and be part of an innovative and future facing team.
It is also worth noting that this candidate will sit in the central digital team β which consists of the Chief Digital Officer, Head of Search & eComm and Head of Digital Innovation β as such you will work directly with a highly experienced team, gaining access to senior relationships in the agency as well as with Google, which is a unique opportunity.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Regular audits and QA checks on PPC accounts, with recommendations for improvements and ensuring these are carried out by yourself or delegating accordingly
- Ensure PPC campaigns are optimized according to KPIs
- Able to work and communicate with senior members to ensure campaigns fall in line with digital strategy
- Able to problem solve and troubleshoot campaigns, especially during ad hoc requests from team members across the agency
- Team and client administration tasks, including compiling status reports, weekly and monthly, quarterly performance reports, and financial billing
- Campaign setup, optimisation and reporting for Search, Pmax, YouTube, Amazon
- Competitor activity monitoring and analysis, using industry tools to compile reports for clients and senior members of the team
- Keeping on top of media industry news and latest offerings from their media partners
- Participation and contribution in team and client meetings
- Bringing ideas and innovation to the accounts
- Proactive approach to solving key challenges that clients face in their industry and within our accounts

This role requires an analytical and organised approach; the following competencies are essential:
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines independently with support from your line manager
- Administrative competence, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting information to clients in meetings
- Excellent understanding of search and associated channels
- A deeper understanding of client KPIs and goals
Technical Skills
The expectation in technical knowledge is that you will already know the following:
- How to independently set up, monitor and optimise search/performance max/video campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and ideally Amazon
- Expected to have strong Google Analytics competencies
- Not essential but ideal, knowledge of GTM and other tracking methods
- Not essential but ideal, knowledge of Looker Studio
