The Role:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Partner Marketing Director – International to lead and grow the partner marketing function across EMEA and APAC. This is a senior strategic role responsible for deepening partner relationships, driving co-marketing impact, accelerating partner-led pipeline, and strengthening alignment with regional sales and global marketing. You will lead a growing, agile team and work cross-functionally with regional sales, partner management, global marketing, operations and wider commercial stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, strong executional ability, and deep understanding of partner ecosystems across international markets including EMEA and APAC.
Job Function:
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies aligned with regional sales objectives and global brand priorities across EMEA and APAC.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key partners, supporting joint marketing initiatives and establishing long-term advocacy.
- Lead the planning and delivery of co-marketing campaigns, digital programmes, partner-led events and relevant third-party activity.
- Drive partner engagement with tailored programmes that reflect regional nuances, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to support partner-driven pipeline through enablement, integrated GTM programmes, and joint value propositions.
- Manage and optimise Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring strategic prioritisation, governance, and measurable ROI.
- Oversee the design and delivery of partner loyalty and incentive programmes that motivate performance and deepen engagement.
- Lead the utilisation and evolution of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms to improve onboarding, enablement and campaign execution.
- Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing partner marketing team, promoting collaboration and delivering excellence.
Experience:
- 8+ years’ experience in partner or channel marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role covering international markets.
- Proven track record of delivering joint campaigns, co-marketing programmes and partner-led pipeline.
- Strong understanding of partner and alliance ecosystems across EMEA and APAC, including regional business and cultural nuances.
- Experience managing MDF budgets, ROI measurement and PRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at senior stakeholder level.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational capability, comfortable working at speed in a high-growth environment.
- Background in B2B technology, SaaS or enterprise software strongly preferred.
