The business provides orchestration and settlement software that helps mid-market banks, fintechs and embedded finance platforms manage payments, reconciliations and risk workflows in one integrated platform. Overview

As organisations accelerate their digital transformation, DevOps Engineers are in high demand to enable faster, more reliable, and automated software delivery. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and supporting scalable cloud-based environments.

This role suits someone passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and testing.
  • Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Containerise and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimise release processes.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for system performance and uptime.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including infrastructure-as-code and automation.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are embedded in the deployment process.

Core Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Cloud platform expertise – AWS or Azure (GCP a plus).
  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure automation tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Experience with version control and branching strategies (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
