The Role
You are a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM Marketing Executive with experience client side with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You are a key player in the Digital Marketing team, supporting our customer engagement programmes.
You’ll help us leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to launch and manage automated email marketing campaigns that engage our customer base on a local, regional and global scale. You will play an integral role in driving customer engagement, retention, and overall business growth through targeted CRM Marketing strategies.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert on the NAE Marketing Automation journey.
As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our central, regional, and local MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications)/CRM teams to improve user adoption and foster a sense of automation to improve conversion and elevating brand perception community.

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns
- Leveraging automation features to streamline campaign deployment processes for local, regional and global campaigns.
- Ensure all email content is aligned with brand guidelines, optimised for deliverability, and tailored to specific cusFtomer segments.
- Collaborate closely with the regional MAC teams to ensure seamless execution of Marketing Automation campaigns.
- Ensure that all campaigns adhere to local regulations and compliance standards
CAMPAIGN BRIEFING AND PLANNING
- Collaborate with Regional CRM & Digital Leads to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements are met.
- Coordinate with creative and campaign teams to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to email content and design.
- Facilitate feedback loops between stakeholders to gather insights on campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest working practices to improve operational rigour, documentation, knowledge sharing and stakeholder comms.
- Support in organising the Marketing Automation road-map and email campaign calendar
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS
- Track and analyse campaign results, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to publish meaningful reporting
- Present regular performance reports to key stakeholders, including actionable insights for future campaign improvements.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics and A/B testing results.
TRAINING & UPSKILLING
- Lead training sessions for regional and school teams to ensure they are equipped to execute and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure that all teams are using best practices for campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure regional teams understand segmentation, automation, personalization, and other key elements of successful CRM campaigns.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
3-4 years’ experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3-4 years’ experience working client side required with Consultancy or Freelance a plus
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Ability to analyse and interpret campaign data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email performance.
Strong teaching and coaching abilities, with experience training teams on CRM platforms.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
