We are working with a global private financial firm, who has been focused on delivering superior results for long-term investors using high-conviction portfolios, rigorous research and individual accountability. As our client has grown the number and type of clients in Europe and Asia, they have built training capability for client partnerships, a learning division. This team caters for the learning requirements of two main client cohorts: financial intermediary banker and advisor networks and institutional clients providing product agnostic tools and resources to support successful client conversations and development.

We are seeking an experienced AEM Cloud Specialist to support our authoring team and ensure seamless content management workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), CRX/DE repository management, and translation connector integration. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Primary Responsibilities and essential functions

  • Authoring Support
    • Assist marketing content authors with AEM Cloud tools, templates, and workflows.
    • Troubleshoot authoring issues and provide best practices for content creation and publishing.
    • Managing blueprints, live copies, and rollout workflows.
    • Managing content and experience fragments, DAM assets.
    • Manage and configure AEM Cloud environments, including dispatcher caching and replication settings.
  • CRX/DE Repository Management
    • Navigate and manage JCR nodes, permissions, and versioning using CRX/DE.
    • Optimize repository structures for performance and scalability.
  • Translation Connector Integration
    • Configure and maintain translation connectors for multilingual content workflows.
    • Collaborate with localization teams to streamline translation processes and ensure accuracy.
    • Work with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments, including SDK upgrades and stability checks.
    • Support automated testing (unit and integration) for AEM components and services.
    • Partner with development and authoring teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
    • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service.
    • Proficiency in CRX/DE, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development.
    • Knowledge of translation connectors, APIs, and multilingual site structures.

    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Strong communication skills to support authoring teams and collaborate across departments.
