The Role
We are seeking an Associate Manager (Contract Worker) to join the University Partnerships team. This role is initially a one-year contract with strong potential to convert to permanent. The position will focus on developing and activating new opportunities across global university student clubs, finance societies, and careers offices to expand reach and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in connecting professional development resources with the next generation of students worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the promotion and activation of a student discount program, working directly with universities, professors, and student club leaders.
- Manage and distribute support materials to encourage integration of learning resources across full classes.
- Coordinate bulk order deals and oversee B2B contractual arrangements related to program adoption.
- Develop engagement with student finance clubs, leveraging extensive contact networks identified through recent research.
- Build partnerships with university careers offices to deliver career-oriented content and provide clear guidance for students exploring professional career pathways.
- Support strategic growth by scoping opportunities across 19,000+ universities globally, including outreach beyond traditional finance programs (e.g., STEM faculties).
- Provide insight and feedback to inform long-term resourcing decisions for the University Partnerships team.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in university relations, partnerships, higher education, or program management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage academic leaders and student organisations.
- Experience in coordinating campaigns, promotions, or educational outreach programs.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with global perspective.
