Own paid social accounts end to end - strategy, creative testing and the day-to-day - for brands that want social to sell, not just spend.
Senior, hands-on the accounts - not managing from a distance.
This is a senior, hands-on role .
You'll own a portfolio of paid social accounts - Meta first, plus Linked In, Tik Tok and Pinterest where they fit - and be accountable for what they deliver: profitable, full-funnel growth, not just cheap clicks.
You'll work directly with clients and lead an always-on creative testing approach - because on social, the creative is the targeting.
You'll set the structure, decide what to test next, and read the results honestly.
And you'll help raise the standard around you - sharing playbooks, coaching on creative quality, and keeping campaign QA tight across the team.
What you'll do
The day-to-day.
- Own a portfolio of paid social accounts, accountable for full-funnel performance against revenue and margin.
- Build account structures that stay clean as they scale - no over-segmentation, no 'set and forget'.
- Lead an always-on creative testing programme, turning insight into the next test with the creative team.
- Own client relationships and reporting, with a clear read on what's working and what's next.
- Set creative-quality and campaign-QA standards across the accounts you touch.
- Partner with analytics on measurement, the Conversions API and signal quality, so optimisation has clean data.
- Find the next opportunity - new platforms, formats or audiences - and make the case with evidence.
- Coach executives and help lift the standard of the wider team.
What we're looking for
What you'll likely bring.
- Several years running Meta Ads hands-on, ideally agency-side, across ecommerce and/or lead generation.
- Strong on campaign structure, audience strategy and creative testing methodology.
- A real eye for creative - you know what makes a thumb stop and a test worth running.
- Comfortable owning client relationships and leading the conversation.
- Numerate and commercial: you connect spend to revenue and margin, and explain the trade-offs.
- Confident with GA4 and how measurement feeds performance.
- Hands-on Linked In, Tik Tok or Pinterest Ads experience.
- Familiarity with the Conversions API and server-side tracking.
- Experience briefing or producing performance creative.
- Mentoring or line-management experience.
- A point of view on where paid social is heading - backed by evidence.
