We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Manager to lead our multimedia team and oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including video, photography and digital assets for marketing campaigns and product launches. You will manage both the in-house team and external creatives, while ensuring all content meets Wren's brand standards. You will also oversee the Digital Asset Management system, keeping content organised and easily accessible across the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage the multimedia team, setting objectives and allocating workloads.
- Oversee the production of video, photography and digital content for marketing campaigns, product launches and multiple platforms.
- Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring content is high quality, on brand and delivered on time.
- Manage external photographers, videographers, freelancers and agencies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Digital and Product teams to deliver engaging content.
- Own the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, maintaining organised assets, standards, permissions and accessibility.
- Improve multimedia workflows and support teams with content requests and DAM guidance.
About You
- Proven experience managing multimedia production, including video and photography.
- Previous experience leading and developing a creative team.
- Experience managing external creatives, freelancers and agencies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience delivering content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and asset governance.
- Strong eye for visual quality, brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia production tools; photography/videography skills are desirable.
- Proactive, collaborative and process-driven approach.
