18 Month Fixed Term Contract

As the Global Marketing Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role within Imperial Brands, an inclusive and forward‑thinking global FMCG business powered by 25,000 employees, by driving the transformation of our marketing function through the strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence. As a cornerstone of our 2030 strategy, this role leads the delivery of a Generative AI solution to revolutionise how marketing assets are created, while championing change across the wider ecosystem to embed AI‑driven ways of working. Partnering with specialist teams and partners, you will ensure alignment with strategic goals and spearhead the rollout of innovative practices that empower teams to operate with greater efficiency, creativity, and speed.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead AI transformation in Marketing, driving GenAI adoption to boost speed, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Project manage solution development with Global IT and partners, ensuring delivery against strategic priorities.
  • Roll out AI‑enabled ways of working, including training, communications, and process redesign across Imperial Brands.
  • Champion adoption across Global and Regional Brands, Sales & Marketing, embedding AI into core workflows.
  • Develop and implement a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, seamlessly connecting brand worlds with GenAI.
  • Influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder networks, identifying transformation opportunities that accelerate value.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven marketing transformation expertise within FMCG, with a track record of leading large‑scale change initiatives.
  • Marketing experience in global/regional FMCG environment, driving operational excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborative change leader, skilled at engaging senior stakeholders, building trust, and embedding new ways of working across diverse teams.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with strong budget management and ability to link AI to business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker and project manager, translating technology potential into actionable marketing impact across functions.
