As the Content Manager, you will develop and deliver the content strategy across the Watches of Switzerland Group brands, creating client-centric content that drives awareness, engagement, consideration, sales and loyalty across owned marketing channels. You will lead the social media, CRM, influencer marketing and tactical showroom content programmes, developing compelling brand storytelling for both Group and partner brands while ensuring a consistent, premium client experience across all touchpoints.
Working closely with retail and support teams, you will oversee content planning, execution and performance, maintaining clear ownership and alignment across channels. You will also manage agency partners, analyse performance data and reporting, and use insights to continuously optimise content strategies in response to channel developments, competitor activity and emerging technologies.

- Significant experience in content marketing, CRM and social media management
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel content campaigns
- Strong understanding of client engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing
- Experience managing content calendars and campaign delivery
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insight into action
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Great communications skills, written and verbal
- Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally
