In this role you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our leading Adobe digital asset management (DAM) capability so that it is robust, scalable and supports the changing needs of our wider business. You will work closely with product teams, creative teams and channel owners to deliver a prioritised product backlog that supports efficient content creation and content supply. You will enable creative and content automation and configure and develop the platform with asset models, workflows, and integrations with other platforms in our MarTech ecosystem, taking advantage of CI/CD pipelines.

What you’ll be doing

  • Participate in the implementation of AEM Assets, including the design and development of content type models, workflows, templates, metadata schemas, and permissions.
  • Support single sign‑on (SSO) authentication using Azure AD for DAM and Workfront products.
  • Configure and manage AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environments in line with Adobe‑recommended best practices.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between AEM Assets and platforms such as Workfront, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Configure integrations between AEM Assets and Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Create, configure, and manage Dynamic Media renditions to support business and creative requirements.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Contribute to platform optimisation, reliability, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

What you’ll have

  • Demonstrated expertise in Java (version 11 and above).
  • Comprehensive experience with DAM development concepts, including JCR, OSGi services, Sling, and REST APIs.
  • Proven ability in working with RESTful integrations utilizing XML and JSON.
  • Understanding of AEM Assets as a Cloud Service and its fundamental capabilities preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of Workfront and its integration with AEM Assets preferred.
