Greystar is the world's leading rental housing operator. As we scale our European portfolio, we are looking for a driven Digital Asset Manager to own the full implementation and ongoing management of Abode, our digital asset management platform, across our European markets. This is a foundational role — you will be building the infrastructure that powers how our teams discover, manage, and deploy brand and property assets at scale.
Role
- Lead the end-to-end setup and configuration of Abode DAM across all European business units, markets, and brands.
- Define taxonomy, metadata schemas, folder hierarchies, and tagging conventions aligned with Greystar's brand and content strategy.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to drive adoption, delivering training programmes and self‑serve documentation.
- Establish governance frameworks, access controls, and permissions structures across teams and geographies.
- Own ongoing platform administration: user management, performance monitoring, and system health reporting.
- Work closely with the global Digital & Technology team to ensure alignment with Greystar's wider MarTech stack.
- Lead asset migration from legacy storage solutions, ensuring quality control and minimal disruption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Abode vendor for issue resolution, product updates, and roadmap input.
Key Success Metrics
- Full Abode deployment across all European markets within agreed timelines.
- Platform adoption rates and reduction in time‑to‑asset for marketing teams.
- Accuracy and completeness of the asset metadata and taxonomy structures.
- User satisfaction scores and support ticket reduction over time.
