We’re looking for a e-Commerce Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. The role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of product content across our websites. Reporting to the Head of e-Commerce, this role focuses on enriching product data to optimise the customer experience, improve searchability, and drive online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enrich and enhance product listings with detailed, accurate, and engaging information, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, specifications, filters and categorisation.
  • Ensure all content is consistent.
  • Upload and maintain product data within the website’s content management system (CMS) and/or PIM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as category, merchandising, and marketing to gather relevant product data and updates.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on product content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and visual appeal.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improved product presentation.
  • Support the Product Enrichment Manager in delivering website range launches, seasonal updates, and campaign deadlines.
  • Maintain internal documentation and adhere to established content guidelines and workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an e-commerce or digital content role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working with data and using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS, PIM systems, or product catalogues (preferred but not essential).
