We're looking for a Digital Asset Co-ordinator to join our Brand team: the person who keeps our digital world in order. You'll own the flow, quality and organisation of digital assets across the business, working closely with Creative and Ecommerce to ensure everything is processed, archived and delivered to the highest standard. General Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end flow of digital assets across the Creative team's servers, workflow management systems and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Process, verify and deliver digital assets for both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring file naming, metadata and folder structures adhere to company standards.
- Apply rigorous quality control to all imagery before release, reviewing assets from both internal teams and external retouching partners to ensure they meet Holland Cooper's quality standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine image requests across the business, sourcing and distributing assets efficiently while escalating queries where appropriate.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Holland Cooper's studio workflow, digital filing systems and asset management processes.
- Manage relationships with external retouching suppliers, coordinating workloads, delivery schedules and final asset handovers.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative Operations and Operations Manager to manage outsourced ecommerce asset production, supplier relationships and delivery schedules.
- Support the research, implementation and continuous improvement of Digital Asset Management systems, workflow processes and automation tools.
- Create, maintain and monitor production trackers, asset schedules and weekly reports for key stakeholders.
- Ensure all assets are accurately archived and filed within server and DAM systems, maintaining a logical and accessible library for the wider business.
- Work collaboratively with Creative, Ecommerce, Marketing teams to promote best practice in asset management and digital workflows.
- Run Photoshop automation scripts to prepare final imagery for delivery.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, responding positively and efficiently to stakeholder requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2-3 years' experience as a Studio Assistant, Asset Co-ordinator, Production Assistant or Studio Administrator in a creative, ecommerce or fashion environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative studio environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) or studio workflow systems.
Desirable
- Knowledge of image retouching, artwork processes and digital file formats.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Capture One Pro.
- Experience within a fashion, luxury or ecommerce brand.
