We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations. This role focuses on basic bookkeeping, retail and sales data administration, and general back-office support to keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Handle daily administrative tasks and general office coordination
- Maintain organised records for invoices, receipts, and documents
- Support internal processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Record daily sales, expenses, and payments
- Assist with invoice preparation and payment tracking
- Reconcile basic financial records and flag discrepancies
- Prepare simple reports for management review
- Maintain accurate sales data across POS systems and spreadsheets
- Update product, pricing, and inventory records
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries
- Assist with vendor or supplier-related data tracking
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry
- Prepare basic reports using Excel / Google Sheets
- Support audits and data checks when required
- Experience in an administrative or operations role (retail experience is a plus)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
