We re looking for a SQL Server Production DBA to join our clients corporate team. The role offers an opportunity to work with a large globally recognised brand, with the convenience of being able to work fully remote from any location in the UK.
This role has zero requirement for shifts, or rotas. Some occasional out of hours deployments may be required in this role.
Essential skills for the role:-
- SQL Server DBA
- SSIS
- Powershell
- Track record of engaging in Production DBA support
- Experience of both on-premise and cloud (Azure) SQL Server Support
- Comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
- Good communication skills
- Incident, change and problem management experience
Nice to haves include:-
- Experience working with ServiceNow

Over a 1 year contract, there is an expectation that you may be needed at the client offices up to 10 times in that year. Travel & expenses to the client's South East location are not covered in addition to the day rate, so this needs to be budgeted for by the contractor.
