About This Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Midday Supervisor to join the team at Leverington Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be a positive role model who enjoys working with children, promotes positive behaviour and helps create a happy environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have experience of working with children.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support children to make good choices.
- Be confident in dealing with minor disagreements and helping children resolve conflicts.
- Supervise the children safely in the dining hall, playground and school buildings.
- Be flexible and proactive within their role.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Be reliable, flexible and punctual.
- Be committed to the role and the wider school values.
