Come and join our warm and welcoming school! We are seeking to appoint 2 temporary Teaching Assistants full time (would consider part time) to work across the school to support the teaching and learning of children with SEN, across various age ranges. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum. You will work 32.5 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities
- To deliver targeted interventions
- To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being
- To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school.
You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion. There is an element of lunchtime supervisor to this role.
