The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner who supports and challenges all pupils to achieve their potential. They will be passionate about delivering an engaging curriculum that inspires and challenges our students, and about recognising and celebrating their successes both as learners and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model for teaching and learning, and make a distinctive contribution to the rising of student’s standards and the wider team.
- Ensure all children are happy, ready to learn, respectful, and safe in our school.
- Support and challenge all pupils to achieve their potential across a broad and balanced curriculum, including specialist classrooms (science labs, gym, art).
- Facilitate connections with our secondary site to support transition visits and personal development.
- Encourage collaborative practice and share best practice with other academies in the trust.
Qualifications Required:
- Two satisfactory references and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
