The Dial is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our established and professional kitchen brigade. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial kitchen
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, preparation, and presentation standards
- Following all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene requirements
- Working as part of a large, professional brigade in a clean and organised environment
- Assisting in menu development and adapting to monthly menu changes
