The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a new consultant physician in Diabetes and Endocrinology who shares a passion for change, growth and quality improvement and who is keen to join us in our pursuit of clinical excellence combined with innovative approaches to person-centred care. Rotherham Hospital is working towards becoming a person-centred organisation, addressing the needs and aspirations of all patients and staff, integrating care within the community, realising new and different ways of working to address current challenges.

Main duties of the job:

  • Provide acute inpatient general medical care to adults throughout the hospital.
  • Provide outpatient services in diabetes and endocrinology.
  • Support the embedding of new innovative ways and make the services at Rotherham more efficient for patients and pathways.
