To succeed in this role you must enjoy engaging with members of the public and working as part of a team. You will provide an excellent customer service and be comfortable working outdoors during all weathers be adaptable to switch tasks at short notice. A current driver's license would also be a bonus, as you will occasionally be asked to drive a buggy.
The Visitor Experience Team operate between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with the need for flexibility and additional hours in busy periods (e.g. Christmas) as part of your appointment. We have a variety of shift pattern's available including weekends which will be discussed at interview. This is a fixed-term role ending at the close of season on 3rd January 2027.
