Group Weddings & Events Assistant – The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Bolton Abbey
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Group Weddings & Events Assistant to join our Events Team at The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Bolton Abbey. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the planning and delivery of memorable weddings, conferences, and events while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of weddings, conferences, and events.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure events run smoothly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation and records.
- Assist with weekly function sheets and event communications.
- Deliver excellent customer care throughout the booking and event process.
- Support the operational delivery of events when required.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
