Join our friendly retail team based at the Farmyard gift shop which sells a treasure trove of farmyard themed pocket money toys for children, as well as a source of inspired present ideas for the rest of our visitors. You will uphold our high standards of customer care by engaging with our customers and maintaining excellent product knowledge to help them with their purchases.
Working within a small, friendly team, your main duties will include:
- Serving customers (including tea/coffee/ice‑cream)
- Stock control
- Administration checks
- Light cleaning
- Till work
- Helping in our other retail shops when required
We offer seasonal permanent roles from late March to early January. Two positions are available:
- Position 1 – Sunday to Wednesday
- Position 2 – Thursday to Saturday
Term‑time hours: 10:30 am – 4:30 pm on weekdays, 10 am – 6 pm on weekends. School‑holiday hours: 10 am – 6 pm all days. All positions start one week before the house opens (week commencing 16 March 2026). Interviews will take place on 26 February. Please indicate your preference for Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday when you apply.
Qualifications and skills: Excellent customer service skills. Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
