Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised Buying Administrator to support our retail buying team at Chatsworth Estate Trading Limited.
This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the buying team, to deliver product ranges to four shops and our online store.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in retail buying, merchandising, or procurement.
The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, flexible across 3‑5 days Monday‑Friday. You will be primarily based at Chatsworth House, Derbyshire, with an expectation of on‑site working.
Requirements
You must have experience in an administrative role, a willingness to learn and develop within retail buying, and preferably experience in a fast‑paced retail or buying office environment. You must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads from multiple stakeholders.
