Are you someone who takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys working as part of a busy, hands-on team? Our online shop is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Dispatch & Fulfilment Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive e-commerce team where your contribution truly matters.

In this varied position you’ll play a key role in preparing and dispatching beautifully presented orders, including hampers, gift packs, and vouchers, supporting both online and corporate customers and retail outlets across the estate. Your work will directly contribute to creating memorable gifting experiences.

This role is fast paced, working to collection deadlines, you will need to work well under pressure and have a ‘can do’ attitude. Tasks will include:

  • Creating and packing hampers and gifts
  • Loading and dispatching deliveries
  • General housekeeping duties to help maintain our health and safety procedures

You should be hardworking, willing to learn and a great team player. Previous experience is not essential as you’ll be given all the training you need to be excellent in your job and you will be supported by your colleagues, supervisors and managers.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 2 or 3 days per week (to be agreed with the right candidate) and will be based at the Chatsworth Warehouse in Bakewell. There will be a need to be flexible to support busy periods, particularly October to December when you would move to 4-5 days per week.
