We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our Maintenance Team at Chatsworth. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship qualification.
As part of your apprenticeship, you'll work across the historic Chatsworth Estate, gaining practical experience in a unique environment where maintaining and preserving heritage buildings sits alongside supporting estate operations.
Working with experienced plumbers, you'll assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems across Chatsworth House. You'll support planned and reactive maintenance activities, develop practical skills, and learn safe working practices while training towards your qualification.

Previous experience isn't essential, but an interest in plumbing, maintenance or construction trades, and experience gained through education, hobbies, volunteering or work experience, would be beneficial.

Salary
The apprenticeship rate is currently £8.00 per hour during the first year of the apprenticeship. From the second year onwards, you will move to the appropriate Estate rate for your age.
