We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of the establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Serving food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality standards
  • Ensuring all tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly for new guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
  • Managing time effectively during busy periods to provide excellent service at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
  • Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately
  • Ability to serve customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including food safety protocols and restaurant procedures
