We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of the establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Serving food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality standards
- Ensuring all tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly for new guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
- Managing time effectively during busy periods to provide excellent service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately
- Ability to serve customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including food safety protocols and restaurant procedures
