Keeping the hotel looking shipshape and ready to impress our guests! Cleaning our hotel rooms and public areas, including our bar, restaurant, conference rooms, and gym, are all part of this role. This role includes working both alone and as part of a team, depending on what gets the job done to the highest standards.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Detailed deep cleaning of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintaining high service standards to uphold our reputation.
- Monitoring stock levels and cleanliness, taking ownership of tasks, and acting accordingly.
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure repairs are made quickly.
