We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations to develop their skills within a professional hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high‑quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of high‑quality dishes.
  • Run a specific section of the kitchen under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food production and preparation.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and manage the team efficiently during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety and allergen regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or professional hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary foundations and a genuine eye for food presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Organised and efficient under pressure.
