We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations to develop their skills within a professional hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high‑quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Run a specific section of the kitchen.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen team to ensure every plate leaving your station is perfect.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Assist senior Chefs in the daily operations of the Kitchen, including food production and preparation.
- Supervise junior Kitchen staff and ensure efficient team management during the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety and allergen regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or professional hospitality environment.
