The Development Manager (TDM) is recruiting a Learning and Development Consultant Salesperson for a full-time hybrid role in the West Midlands. You will identify new and existing customers for TDM’s tech, digital and AI programmes, exceed KPI targets, and drive employer engagement across the Midlands region.

You will be part of the Growth Team, building trusted partnerships with SMEs and levy-paying employers, guiding them on funding options, apprenticeship levies and regional funding pots.
