A Global Digital Agency is looking for an AI Engineer to join their team, focused on building and deploying practical AI solutions for a range of high-profile clients. They have had a steady stream of small builds and POC/Prototype AI projects over the last year so are looking for an additional AI Engineer to join 1 other Engineer already in place.
The Role
This is a hands‑on engineering position where you’ll design and implement AI systems, working with LLMs to create scalable, reliable, and brand‑safe applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design agentic workflows and prompt strategies
- Optimise AI performance (latency, token usage, accuracy)
- Develop and deploy AI services using Python
- Evaluate outputs against quality and safety standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Python and software engineering background
- Experience with LLM APIs and orchestration
- Ability to deliver production‑ready AI features

Working Pattern
