Hybrid - Leeds (2 days in office)
We’re hiring a Junior Shopify Developer to join a growing Shopify agency working with ambitious eCommerce brands. This role is specifically aimed at developers early in their career (around 1 year’s experience), either in a junior role already or someone who’s built a solid foundation in front‑end development and is looking to specialise in Shopify.
You’ll spend a lot of time learning and developing within Shopify, working closely with experienced developers to:
- Build and improve Shopify storefronts
- Work with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language)
This is a hands‑on learning environment, you’ll be supported, but also expected to be curious, ask questions, and take ownership of your development.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has ~1 year’s experience in front‑end or web development
- Is genuinely interested in Shopify and eCommerce
- Enjoys problem solving and building things properly
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
This is not a mid‑level role, so if you’re already operating at a more senior level, it’s unlikely to be the right fit. Previous Shopify experience is a bonus, but not essential – attitude, fundamentals, and willingness to learn matter more.
If you’re early in your career and want to build real depth in Shopify within a supportive, experienced team, this is a great opportunity.
