Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the luxury interiors and boutique retail sector, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, foster client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals. Regular responsibilities include managing high-value accounts, coordinating with design teams, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and achieving personal and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Experience in luxury interiors, boutique retail, or high-end product sales
- Client relationship management skills to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
- Ability to collaborate with design and operational teams to meet customer needs
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Familiarity with the luxury interiors and retail market in the London area is highly advantageous
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
