This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Admin Assistant at The Design Showroom. The Admin Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, providing support for executive-level tasks, and maintaining organized documentation. The role also involves answering phone calls professionally, liaising with clients, vendors, and partner organizations, as well as maintaining a polished and supportive presence in the showroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure efficient management of tasks, records, and day-to-day operations
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle correspondence and client interactions with professionalism
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with the ability to support senior team members effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
