Vet Dermatology Referrals are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join The Dermatology Vets, a well-established specialist referral clinic based in the historic Ibrox area of Glasgow. Operating from a beautiful heritage stone building, our clinic has been at the forefront of veterinary dermatology for over 25 years, supporting first opinion practices and their clients with expert referrals for a wide range of skin and ear conditions in dogs and cats. With a team bringing over 50 years of combined experience, we are proud of our reputation for clinical excellence and dedicated patient care.

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work closely with a supportive admin team who manage reception, debt, and insurance processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a close-knit environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think ahead, adapt, and continuously improve processes.

As Practice Manager, you will lead the non-clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience. You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.

  • Experience handling complaints, change, and complex situations with confidence
